NEED MY ATTENTION? NO WAY!!!

Hi dearest, I’m so glad to have you here, hope you have been good? Relax and let’s get started……

July 5th 2000, was a day I wouldn’t have wanted to be out for anything and I mean anything but I had no choice. As I went out this day, it just seemed like all the vehicles in Lagos, Nigeria were let loose. To worsen the situation, it also looked like they were all heading towards the same direction. This was a day that I could pay a million dollars to be driven by someone, but poor me I was driving myself. I just couldn’t wait to get to my house and land on my bed. I wasn’t only tired, but angry and to crown it, hungry.

Amidst the tight traffic, a young man selling , came to my window and kept showing me his goods, he just did not want to leave the window, he wanted me to patronize him by all means. Of course, you should know how I must have been feeling, with traffic and all; I was too tired, hungry and angry to look at his side, and to tell you the main thing, I wasn’t even interested in his goods .When he realized I wasn’t giving him any attention, of course after standing there for a long while, he slowly left my window for another vehicle.

Dearest, how much attention do you give what you really don’t want? My mentor will always say and say again, ‘Never Watch What You Don’t Want”. Listen dearest, you think you have a headache? Don’t pay attention to it, act like it’s not there, and when it realizes that no attention is given to it, it just leaves, you wouldn’t even know when it left.

Some time ago, I had this excruciating pain, it was just one side of my head, it was really excruciating, and it was very difficult not to give it any attention but with Christ’s help, I did not give it any attention, just went on with my work, like I was not going through any pain. Dearest, the amazing thing about this experience was that I never knew when the pain disappeared. Enough of giving that pain, negative situation attention, they are motivated to stay and remain when noticed. Get busy, with God’s word, prayers and activities and in no time, that pain, or that negative situation will be gone never to return.

HOLIDAY

“Move to your parts now, let’s get started with rehearsals”. The choir master announced. Immediately everyone did as instructed, the first song for the day was HOLIDAY. C’mon let’s join this beautiful choir and sing this beautiful song; never mind about knowing or not knowing the song, I know you’ll know the song like the back of your palms. Let’s get started………..

Holiday is coming, Holiday is coming, no more morning bells, no more teachers cane, goodbye, teachers, good comrades, I am going to spend my jolly holiday, my jolly holiday. Hmmmmm, beautiful old time song.

Well, it’s July, yeah and holiday mode has been activated or will be activated any moment from now, I know how you love holidays, trust me you are not alone on this cos I’m a huge fan of holidays, and all. This is just for you this holiday. Yeah , I really understand you’ve gone through stress in school and it’s time for you to rest, “flex” have fun and all, but listen friend, amidst all the fun and all, don’t just define your holiday by fun fun and fun. Use this holiday to learn something new, it could be how to cook, bake, drive, plait, speak, whatever. Really, you may not know what value you are adding to yourself by doing one of these or even more. Amidst flexing, having fun still have a short term plan for the holiday stating what you want to achieve before the new session begins. Do not get me wrong, I love vacations and I love to enjoy myself on vacations, but amidst the enjoyment have a plan on things to do that will add value to you and people around you.

Have the most beautiful and eventful holiday yet, the most value adding holiday ever. Oh and to my very special July celebrants a big happy birthday to you. May this new year mark, the beginning of great and beautiful events in your life spiced with people adding value to your life and you in turn adding value to several lives. Happy birthday.

SIT COMFORTABLY

Hi dearest,
How are you doing? Trust me, I’m so glad to have you here, I know you’ll have a good time reading this, so just relax and enjoy…………..
Some time ago, I was invited for a programme, and was just relaxing pending the time the programme started.

In my relaxed sate, I saw an elderly man walk into the hall, all the while, my eyes kept following him; he went towards a sit and sat down comfortably. I can hear you ask, ‘what else was he going to do on a seat?’ Sit of course! O yes sit.

Suddenly, something popped into my mind. This elderly man, well, according to my guess did not have to think twice before he sat, he just sat comfortably with no worries.

Dearest, did you really think twice before you sat on the seat you are presently on? That’s if you are on a seat write now; well, I don’t think so. Personally, I did not have to think twice before sitting on the seat I’m presently on. If you do not have to think twice to sit on a seat, or have feelings that you’ll fall, then why do you think twice; weighing if it is possible or impossible when God tells you anything; now this simply means that you trust the chair more than you trust God.

Stop That Now! When God says anything to you through any medium all you should do is to take it. On the other side, if the devil tells you anything, remember his middle name is LIE, do not think twice before discarding it. After using tissue paper, do you think twice in relation to discarding it? Certainly not! Now that’s how you shouldn’t think twice before discarding the nonsense the devil tells you.

The worst thing you can do to yourself is to believe what the devil tells you. Have the best life ever by believing just what God tells you.

RAINBOW!

Rain, Rain, go away, come again another day, little children want to play. Tell me you remember that song and tell me you sang it with joy when you were young. Well, I sang it with great joy when I was young but trust me now that I'm no longer a child, I don't sing that song again.

Well, rainy mode has been activated. Guess what? I'm so excited about this season, my sleep is always very "sweet" I'm sure you can say that about yourself too. Hmm, one thing I love most about this season is the rainbow that comes after the rain. The first rainbow I saw this year was very beautiful I couldn't but scream for joy.

Trust me on this, because this is a season of rainbows, then just know this; this same seaon will be your own season of rainbow. Of course, you know rainbow represents beauty, beauty, and beauty, varieties, varieties, and varieties, then these and many more will be for you and yours this season.

EXPO AVAILABLE

Hi dearest, I’m so glad to have you here, I hope you’ve been good; let’s get started sit back, relax and enjoy…………..
It was a very beautiful day; everything was working well and beautiful for Teni; she then decided to take time out and just praise God and feed Him in on the latest jist. While she was dong this, something very strange happened. Well, up till today she cannot tell what happened to her, all she knew was that she was asked to open some pages in a particular textbook and asked to solve all the questions there. Now understand the fact that Teni did not see anybody all she heard was a voiceand she obeyed and did as she was told. The following day in school, there was an examination. She went into the examination hall and in no time the examination started. Teni could not believe her eyes, “Am I dreaming?” she kept asking herself.

Dearest, what was in Teni’s question paper was exactly what she was asked to solve the day before, all the examiner did was to make copies of the same pages Teni worked on. She did excellently in the examination. Why won’t she?

Dearest this not fiction, it really happened, when you want to write an exam what or who do you trust? Do you trust your smartest friend or expo? Why don’t you trust God who will give you the question and the answer months before the examination by Himself. Trust me, God’s expo is the best expo, he gives you even before the examiner sets his questions, with this super expo fresh from above, you are a sure success. You want expo from above for all your exams? Just please Him and you are sure to have all.

AM I SURE? Maybe! Maybe not!

O my,I can’t but scream, it’s the fifth month already; hmm, trust me I’m so delighted, I’ve been having a very good time since the beginning of this great year 2012, I hope so for you too. Yeah, May is one of the months in a year, but according to our English classes "may" is obviously an English word and when we analyze it, it’s mostly used under probability that is when an individual is not sure and at other times when one is requesting for something.

 My focus is on the probability that accompanies the word may. For this month and even beyond, I don’t want you to be uncertain about things that concern you, you need to be specific. For instance, a twenty years old young man is asked what he sees himself becoming in the next five years and he’s reply is this” I may be a lawyer, or maybe a doctor, infact I think I want to go into business” Woah!, that’s not cool at all, with the help of the Holy Spirit you wouldn’t be uncertain about any and everything so, you wouldn’t have to use the word may. Don’t get me wrong, May is a beautiful month, filled with lots of goodies but I’m talking about the word may, I hope you get that. Alright, I have to run now; I’ll patiently wait for your great prospects without hearing the word may.

On a final note, all you who have a special exam this month trust me I wouldn’t say , May you do excellently well rather I would speak as one who has great authority in Christ and who is not speaking under probability, so just connect, In the name that is above every other name, you shall excel, when your results are released , you shall be stunned at what God would have done for you. Amen

ALIVE!!!

“It’s a baby boy”, she couldn’t scream out for the stress, she’d just went through, but as soon as she heard  the nurse say, “it is a boy” and showed  the cutest looking baby ever her heart screamed for joy, she was jumping and dancing in her heart. Joy and joy and joy again swept through her, because the long awaited baby had come. It was obvious this baby was special; he started receiving beautiful gifts even before he was one. Years after, this cutie had grown to a very handsome, influential and sought after person, he excelled in every single thing he did.

Very sad, people just “biffed”, him for no just cause. They maltreated him and finally killed him; they killed him like he was a criminal. He died like a criminal because the sin of the whole world was upon him; he died so as to save the whole world from sin and destruction  forever. Seriously, how could they do this to such a good person; tears rolled and rolled, he was taken and buried; what happened still hurt majority.

Then something absolutely strange happened, he wasn’t in the tomb again, he had risen from the grave. Yippee!! It couldn’t be fathomed but it was absolutely true, he came to say hi to his loved ones so that they’ll really know he is alive. Dearest, this young man killed is very much alive today, smiling to me now, and telling me He loves me and I’m smiling back to Him telling Him I love Him and I’ll keep loving Him. This man is Jesus, He’s no longer in the grave, He’s at God’s right hand smiling at you too and telling you He loves you and that He wants both of you to be besties, if you’ve not accepted Him, trust me it’s not late, He’s being waiting for you to come to Him.

If you want to accept Him and have the best of life as I have now, courtesy of Him, it’s as easy as smiling, just sincerely say this, “ Lord Jesus I’ve heard your jist, I’m very sorry for all I’ve done to hurt you, I confess all my sins to you and I ask you to come into my life and be my Lord and savior, I look forward to us being beties, thanks a bunch for accepting me, I’m now all yours In Jesus Name(Amen). Dearest, you could see how easy that was. Welcome to the family, so have and start enjoying a beautiful life.
