THE NAME GAME

When you hear the name Smiling D, what comes to mind? I would give you some time to think it through and if you want; let me know what comes to mind.  #singing I am only one call away……………..

So, not too long ago I decided to do a name game that I probably made up myself. I decided to attach a word to the names of people I had come across. The word per name was to be timed; and the timing was less than 40 seconds. You want to give the name game a try? You should give it a try. List 5 or 10 names and in less than 40 seconds attach a word to the name. One major rule to this game is you can’t change the first word that comes to mind.

You done? Did you have fun playing this game?

I had so much fun playing this game.  Before I was done with the various names of people I had met; it dawned on me on how important it is for me to guard my name.

Guess what? There were some not so nice adjectives that came to my mind once I mentioned the names of some people. Remember the time limit to this game is less than 40 seconds so I couldn’t vet what word came to my mind once I mentioned the name. Did I mention; I was playing this game in my mind whilst on a journey? Oh yes; I was! It made the journey fun for me since I had no company

My word for you today is this. Decide that when your name flashes through the mind of anyone and they have only 30 seconds or perhaps less to give a word to accompany your name; it would be a very  good word.

Remember a   good name is rather to be chosen than riches.

As you start the new month decide that this month and beyond when your name flashes the mind of anyone and they need to attach a word to your name; it would be great words.
