SHELLS OFF!!

Hi dearest, so pleased to have you here, just relax and enjoy...............
The aroma had filled the whole house, that tells you that dinner is almost set; well, ten minutes later you hear the announcement, "Dinner is set". You do a marathon to the table; get sitted and of course open the warmer, what you see warrants a dimpled smile. It's your favourite spaghetti and boiled eggs, well, all the eggs are place in a bowl, still unshelled: you dish your food and place the egg on the spaghetti the egg still unshelled and you begin to munch. I can hear you exclaim, "What! Not Me, Not Even In My Dreams". That's o.k, I agree with you;  no sane person will ever take egg either boiled or fried with the shell neither will anyone take groundnut without opening the pod. It's obvious that the egg and the groundnut will never be enjoyed if the shell and the pod is not taken out, you may be wondering what Smiling D is driving at; well, just like the egg and the groundnut can never be enjoyed without removing the shell or opening up the pod, likewise you. Trust me, you can never be enjoyed by life, people , yourself, you name it without removing the "shells"off your life. Listen dearest, there are some attitudes traits you exhibit that you have to work on and change: never say."I cannot change", "That's who I am". There is always room for improvement; just imagine if the shell refuses to come off from the egg, well, no one will eat it ; as delicious and nutritious as eggs are they will become very useless. Dearest, do not do that to yourself; every shell that needs to be removed, remove it, every attitude tha needs to be worked on start working on it now and watch your life and what God will do through you being enjoyed by several lives.
Take the shells off via the word of God, prayers, fasting, counselling and indeed they'll be off. Say to yourself, "I Am Taking The Shells Off".

WATCH THE TAP.

WATCH THE TAP.

 Hi dear friend, sure you have been good I am so glad to share this with you and hope that you will be blessed and have a wonderful time.

I will be making an illustration using a tap……….. You obviously have a tap at home, the tap at home is not always open and not always locked as well; when water is needed, it is turned on and when it’s not needed anymore, it is turned off, you certainly would not purposely leave the tap on when you do not need it. I’m going to be comparing a tap with your tongue, just like a tap is very important and useful in every house, so the tongue is very important in every body. It is important for you to watch the tap in you house, so you don’t leave it on and go out, when you get back the whole house will be flooded, and trust me, you would have to do serious work in terms of getting the house back to order.

This is the same thing with this small part of your body your tongue, do not allow your tongue to run to the extent that it runs off course, just the way you watch the tap at home, dearest, watch your tongue. Before you speak or even keep quiet ask Him and be sure He’ll answer you.  Do not allow the tap to keep running; never say words that do not build up. Imagine this, you are so thirsty and all you need is water, you then rush to the tap, place your cup under the tap and you turn on the tap, the water begins to flow, it’s even cold amazingly, looking forward to the cup being full and then all of a sudden dirty, muddy and smelly water begins to come out from that same tap and obviously into the cup, how would you feel? Trust me I will be very angry, irritated and any other thing you can think of. God is not and will not be happy when he hears us use our mouths to say things that do not edify and use that same tongue to sing and pray. God gave you a tongue and then good words and blessings come from it on the contrary, swear and bad languages come from that same tongue, watch it seriously, watch what comes out from your tap cause someone’s life may just depend on what you say.

I want you to make a commitment to God and asking for His grace too that from today, only words of life, blessings and beauty will come out from your tap. I believe you have been blessed, make sure you watch the tap consciously.

Dearest friend, so good to be here with you again, sure you have been fine. Today I am going to be sharing something wonderful with you. Let’s get started, now call your name and say to yourself, “I am beautiful”, common say it with the confidence you have on your inside, “I am beautiful.  Did you really believe what you just said or you said it because smiling D asked you to.

If there is something you want me to see in you and admire start seeing it in yourself and start admiring it in yourself too. Do not expect people to see how beautiful you are until you are so certain that you are beautiful. Trust me, if all you see in yourself is how fat you are, or how thin your legs are or how bad your voice is name it, I wouldn’t see anything other than that in you. Even when people do not see those wonderful and amazing things in you, start seeing it, start commending yourself.

Before men came into this world, and started commending and admiring everything God did, he had done that already, he looked at all He did and He said that they were all good, trust me, if he started complaining of how ugly the flowers were, or how blue the sky was, that would have been the same thing we would have seen and even worse. Friend, even if it doesn’t look like it now, trust me on this, get a piece of paper, and begin to write whatever you want to on it, place it where you can see it every day and where you can read it too, read it again and again, morning and night, do it for three months there certainly will be a huge difference in you.

Dear friend, do not expect me to see in you what you do not see in yourself. I am eager to hear the big difference this exercise will bring to your life.

WAT’S UP MIRROR?

Hi dearest, I hope you’ve been good; hmmmm I’m filled with joy this is because I love this and I’m glad to share it with you. Enjoy and make sure you get something from it.

I became so attached to mirrors, that’s funny right, well, I always loved mirrors, I check myself now and then few minutes again I want to check myself again, and then my bestie saw that it was becoming too much and then sometimes when I’m heading towards the mirror he says “D, no mirrors” and then I just simply obey, sometimes, I’ll be ready to go for a meeting and then I’ll hear Him say, no mirrors, what? No mirrors, am going to have to meet several people what if my makeup is not in place? O.k no mirrors, and then I move out and I’m just amazed at the compliments I get remember I did not see myself that morning.

When you hold a mirror dearest, what do you see, you obviously see yourself, you don’t see anything other than what you place in front of the mirror. Note this, the Bible should be your mirror from now, begin to see yourself in line with His words and trust me your life will be changed. Imagine this, the Bible is the mirror and then when you take up the Bible that is the mirror, you begin to see yourself in the Bible-mirror, it says, you cannot be ill, and then you see yourself not being ill, it says, you are the head, and then you see yourself as the head, it’s automatic, there is no force, just like there is no energy exerted when you use a mirror you simply see yourself. What really matters most is what and how you see yourself but remember it should be in line with God’s word.
